On 15-17.5Ws im pretty good with 18650 batteries on a single mod, and usually i don't let them drain very low, only if im really busy and i forgot about it... !
    I'm usually more like 10w-12w

That never worked for me. With multiple setups it's too hard to tell how long a battery is lasting, without keeping extra records like puff counters.

Couple of years ago I got a cheapo battery tester. I wouldn't really trust the accuracy of the capacity measurement. But what I found that I did trust was that by the 2 year mark the measured capacity went down by around half. Since then I just chuck them after 2 years.

The way I handle batteries is when I take one out of a mod I charge the old one then put it on the back of the rack, and take the one at the front of the rack to replace it. That means that the batteries sit in the rack at full charge waiting for their turn. They say sitting at full charge isn't good for batteries but it's the easiest way I've found to do it.

Well, I always have a dozen going... but as long as the cell will vape the tank (KF2L or Skyline, both about 4 ml), I figure they're ok. Fill the tank, swap in a fresh cell, good to go.

And yep, back of the stack, all in rotation. The relatively short time between being charged and being used won't affect their life.

No mechs here and never will be.

I do have some, and hope to not need them. But they are all telescoping, and I have a mess of Kick units and fuse units, in case all the Kicks die too ;)
