The first-floor addition is still covered with a tarp. Except for a couple of small spots, the floor is dry. He does have enough guys working to work in and out.

I would like to do a couple more mixes with base. I have another base of SMT’s that says it’s a cake/croissant base. I’d use that one and my cream base.
