I go to the dentist 3-4 times a year at 7 AM for cleaning. I schedule the appts early so I don't have to miss much work time. Been doing this for 10+ years and I swear. it's relaxing for me just to lay back and have to do absolutely nothing for half hour because I know, soon as I get up from there, it's balls to the walls, frenzy go-go again. I've never met anyone else who actually relaxes in the dentist chair. Hope your appt goes smoothly & you can take a trip to your happy place.

My dentist doesn’t start cleaning appointments until 8. I always schedule the first appointment of the day. I usually get to work around 7:15 but won’t get there until after 9 today. I go three times a year also. I wouldn’t say it’s a relaxing thing but don’t mind it at all and like to keep my teeth clean.

Finding mango recipes isn’t so easy. I have a number of mango recipes with bakery and or other fruits . I did find one recipe I think Dan will like and another that he might. I do have a good idea what he’s looking for so I’m going to write him a new recipe also.

It's currently 60 with a high of 75. I'm wearing shorts. It's supposed to be windy but no rain.
