I was 130 when I graduated high school. I went in the Army and they bulked me up to about 155 and I constantly lifted weights on top of our regular morning exercise. Since then over the last 30 years I've fluctuated but had kind of leveled out around 185-190. Just since I turned 50 it is that I've put on more weight and don't exercise regularly enough. My diet isn't helping either. Someone told me once that you can't out exercise a bad diet. I have a feeling that with age my metabolism slowed down but my eating hasn't. Now that I am more aware of where I am, I am going to try to pay closer attention to what and how much I'm eating. It is so easy to let yourself go and not even realize it at first. With that thought in mind, I'm going to make myself get in a workout tonight. I ate a light dinner last night and skipped any nighttime snacks. That's another one of my downfalls. When I finally sit down at night to watch an hour of tv then I tend to go get a snack. That is the first thing I'm going to work on cutting out. I'm sure it isn't good to eat that close to bedtime.5.8 is the ideal height for a guy, I heard that from science. I made it to 180 once, right after the start of my current marriage my wife used to feed me huge meals twice a day. Now I do the cooking and I'm back to my lifetime norm of 150. For some reason I stuck around 150 since high school whether I was doing physical labour or sitting in an office staring at a computer all day.
Well blow me down. I dug the bottle out and didn't read the label. I heard once that OSDIY use mostly TFA flavors so maybe I'll put some TFA strawberries on my shopping list.
As far as the succulent strawberry goes, I don't know anything about them using tfa flavors. I did hear once that the succulent strawberry is a special mix that she came up with for her husband and then started selling it. I always thought it was a really good strawberry but haven't used it in a long time.
