No plans to sell. More than 1/2 the basement is my recording studio. I still do some contract video editing and audio work with that. We duplicated a smaller version up north, just the essentials.

I let some close friends and family stay at the house when I'm not there. And yes, with most of my doctors down here it works out perfectly. She has been mentioning that it's the perfect place for us when she turns the boarding/training business over to our girls. Plus a couple of her doctors are down here, so yeah. We'll see, plans can, and sometimes do, change in the blink of an eye.

I'm not sure on the choco peanut butter cookie recipe yet. I started trying it last night and think the VT peanut at .5% was a bit too much with the current mix. I may backtrack and add a regular peanut butter with the PUR chocolate peanut butter instead.

I just had to get a european hornet out of the house. They look pretty huge when flying in a small room. I did get stung by one once when he got in my jacket while on the MC. Very nasty sting, and it itched for weeks. I hope there's not a nest in the attic somewhere.
