I thought we were done with the night time 30’s but they’re back. 38 this morning and tonight in the 30’s also.
Good morning. We trimmed the bushes in the front and side of the house yesterday. We were just going to trim the burning bush away from the house but kept going. I’m a bit sore today.

Heat continues here, another 90+ day in store, but maybe down into the 80s after tomorrow. Yeah, right.
Did manage to get most of the whacking done yesterday, so that's done for a while.

Just finished cleaning up the breakfast dishes. Since no kids here today, I made eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy for a late breakfast. We are going out to eat later with my MiL. Not looking forward to the Clampett family reunion.

No but someone usually makes a scene and I get to hear the same stories and conspiracy theories for the millionth time.
My bureau will have to be pulled out for mudding and painting and also to put a baseboard heater in. When that’s all done I can push my bench ottoman in here. It will cut down on the new room I have in here but it’s only temporary. The bench ottoman will go out in the addition

Gd Heather made stuffed shells for lunch. They were really good. She's gone now with her hubby to see his Mom.
I would have never thought to put my bed in this spot. It barely fit and a short piece of molding had to be removed. I have two separate piles of “stuff” in here and I still have way more room than I had. I also have a cabinet in here that’s going in the addition when ready, My bench ottoman will stay in DD’s office til my wall is finished and my baseboard is in. That will cut down in my room temporarily. It’s going on the addition too. They are supposed to start mudding this week so it’s coming along.
