Random DIY mixing and More

I have a whole stack of glass bottles in different sizes after my last couple cleaning sessions. I just filled a Vimizi pod I had left over from review samples with the new choco pb cookie remix. That way if I don’t like it then I can toss the pod.

I need to dump out the one open top tote I have and rearrange it. Probably not til next weekend.

I think I’ll work on recipes tomorrow whether I get kicked out of my room or not. It will be awhile before I can mix but at least I can have some recipes ready to mix.

I’m liking the new mix better but feel like it might be missing something. Maybe a small amount of cream to thicken the mouth feel. I’m going to use more before I decide.

Tonight I went to a GGD school show. All the kids were 8 or 9 years old. They did a series of songs and dances from past decades, starting with 1950 and moving forward.

There was a woman sitting behind us who had a son called Ryan in the show. As soon as each song ended before the applause started she shouted out real loud Mommy loves you Ryan. Poor kid. At that age I would have died of embarrassment.

The school is in an ultra conservative district, they've banned more books than De Santis. But then one of the songs they picked for the 70's was YMCA. Guess they didn't know.

It was a great show.

I have 68 inside which is much better than yesterday’s 60. Of course it’s 47 outside this morning. 77 for today will be nice. Then we go in the deep freeze.

Not sure what mama nature has in store for us today... Toasty 88 yesterday, until the thunder storm rolled in. But even then, only dropped to about 80... and about 3/4" of rain. At least we don't have to water

But maybe we're past the extreme heat for a while. Been running about 20 over normal, getting close to norm would be nice.
