Inside the coil itself, meaning not enough rayon density in the coil? Or perhaps too much?
Too much. I must finally be lightening my touch some, though: a couple of wicks I had to change today lasted three-and-a-half weeks. Pretty durn good. If today's efforts last as long, that'll be a sign of true progress.

Sheetrock team is back this morning. Don’t know if it’s the one guy or two. I can hear absolutely nothing so there’s nobody in my room. They are either working upstairs or on DD’s side. In any case it is getting done,

Good morning, Hitt. I hope you have a pleasant day at work.
I would settle for a mediocre day. I've decided I'm going to take a vacation day Monday just to break the cycle of bad days.

    Morning, mixers.

Another too hot day here, so may get to the mowing. Yesterday's plan to do that got changed, as the kitchen faucet decided to blow up. So a trip to the hardware store and a couple hours being a plumber...

My kayfun's have never been fussy with wicking.

    Agree, they're very forgiving :)

Been vapin' something I made last month, I like it.

    Butterscotch-Ice-Cream-in-Bowl-2cr.jpg

    Butterscotch Ice Cream

    FW Butterscotch Ripple 3%
    FW Butterscotch 1%
    FA Butterscotch 1%
    SSA Ice Cream 2%
    SSA Ice Cream Vanilla 1%
    WF Vanilla Cream Extra 0.75%

    Steep time = 4 weeks

Experience has taught me that no single butterscotch flavor delivers a truly authentic tasting butterscotch on its own. Every butterscotch flavor is lacking something others have. Creating a complete butterscotch profile requires the use of multiple butterscotch flavors.

The FW BR + FW B pairing offer a very bright tasting butterscotch. I wanted that brightness but also needed a darker tasting butterscotch to add contrast. FA Butterscotch does that. Together those three deliver a kick-azz tasting butterscotch.

The SSA IC's along with WF VCE create a delicious ice cream base.

I made 30mls of the above. That was then split into three 15ml bottles. One bottle was left as is (cuz like, freakin' tasty).

I added 0.25% FA Tiramisu to one bottle. This added more complexity via very pleasant coffee and bakery notes to the butterscotch ice cream. FA Tiramisu is a very highly concentrated flavor. At 0.25% it makes itself known but sits squarely behind the b-scotch ice cream.

0.75% CAP Wafer Crunch was added to the other bottle. CAP Wafer Crunch added a tasty ice cream cone (like duh!).

@Zazie can you please add this to your blog? Thank you!!! :)
