I really didn't have a choice and had to start the pork shoulder in the oven. I've never done it like this before but am going to transfer it to the smoker once the rain stops.
I actually thought about moving our patio umbrella and putting the smoker under it to get started but didn't want to take a chance on ruining the pellet grill or catching something on fire.There's been hail at the house 3x in the past two weeks. Whopper sized too, not like piddly peas. I'm gonna have drone fly over, review the video and see if I need to make insurance claim.. I hope not because roof was replaced only about 5 years ago and my crazy deductible is just under $5k. Last time I paid extra for better shingles so, we'll see.

The rain finally stopped and I got everything on the smoker.
I found a lemonade that looks good. Don’t know if I’d like it but 10ml sizes are cheap.
Tried sitting out a bit but it’s not overly warm today. I won’t complain about the cool temps since we some too hot temps upcoming,
I was just thinking this is the first day in a long time that I’ve had 3 meals in one day..I cooked bacon for breakfast, had a cold meat sandwich for lunch and going to have the rest of my roast and veggies for dinner. Might even have some ice cream right now.
I’ve had one of those in rotation with my menthol tobacco in a Digiflavor siren V1 for years. I for some reason really like that mod.
It’s a good mod. I just don’t care for the squared corners. It’s probably a bigger issue with me since I have small hands.
Well I put the mod away and will put the Zenith away when it’s dry. If I have the urge to fire up another pv it will be a Colossal since I took one out in case

I could put my Zlide away when it’s done with it’s mix but I probably won’t. I like the tank and have plenty of coils.
