I had been thinking about what to mix the ice cream toffee with and right as I read your post I thought cookie dough. Sometimes I forget to think about real food when it comes to mixing.I didn't order Ice Cream Toffee. Not sure why, probably should have. I like toffee ice cream IRL. Next order.
I'm dripping some of the Ice Cream Dark Chocolate now. It hasn't changed much, a little creamier perhaps. Still wouldn't call it a dark chocolate. And it still tastes something like an ice cream with Hershey's Syrup to me. I did it at 2% (don't think I mentioned that enough times yet).
You did 1.6% - - - see?, I paid attention - - -![]()

Found this brilliant comment by Carl Sagan from the 90's.
"I have a foreboding of an America in my children's or grandchildren's time-when the United States is a service and information economy; when nearly all the key manufacturing industries have slipped away to other countries; when awesome technological powers are in the hands of a very few, and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues; when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority; when clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscopes, our critical faculties in decline, unable to distinguish between what feels good and what's true, we slide, almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness."
It's all good, but this phrase stood out to me:
"unable to distinguish between what feels good and what's true"
Too hot once againIn a few minutes, I'm going out to mow the lawn. I'm just waiting for the sun to rise. I need to do it before it gets too hot. I just checked the weather and it's supposed to be 106 today and tomorrow.
Really hope your day gets better.Good morning. I’m in zombie mode right now.
Hoping your back is better.Good morning Everyone
eyes open, wide awake, on to chores then![]()
That's true.Lawn is mowed and lawnmower put away. It's almost as much a chore to get out the lawnmower and put it up as it is mowing. I don't have a garage so I keep my lawnmower in one of those storage units. I have to drive there (not far) and get out a pair of ramps to put on the open tailgate and load the lawnmower, then load up the ramps. When I get to my place, I have to put the ramps in place to unload the mower. After mowing, I do the whole thing again in reverse. Before I bought the ramps, I was lifting the mower in and out of my old truck. The price of the ramps
more than offset the cost of an ER visit due to a back injury.
Have you ever considered a small storage shed? My old neighbor had a small Rubbermaid one just big enough for the mower and gas cans and stuff.Lawn is mowed and lawnmower put away.
