I'm beginning to think Alaskan Berries belongs in the Flavor Corner of Shame.

Kinda have the same thought with Mousse Mango. IDK, will know once I SFT it. Based on my taste test thinking I should start at 0.5%.

I like the orange flavor but am not picking up on the gummy part very much.

I would agree on the Alaskan so far but will still do an sft to make sure. I’m liking the mango that I mixed with pastry cream. It overpowered the cream.

It's 63° with a nice northerly breeze. This will be the last of our comfy summer weather. It's supposed to get hot over the next 10 days. Won't be anywhere near the temps folks are seeing in the South and out West though.

I'm sitting on our porch, chillin' with the dogs, watching the sun as it sets, listening to the various birds.
