Open with Paint. It comes pre-loaded with Windows systems. The option is called resize (I think). Really easy to use.
I should have thought of that. I use paint once in a while to edit pictures for reviews.

This is a test. I wasn't sure about pics from messenger but it appears to work the same way as any other pic I copy/paste on here. After I paste it, I click on the pic then drag the corners to whatever size I want as these examples. Will that not work for others?

sure........ that works fine............. as long as an image is less than 5.2MB

try to upload an image 5.2MB or over and you will get the following ECF error message 100% of the time

    Screen shot 2023-08-20 at 7.44.02 PM.png

a file must be under 5.2MB in order to be uploaded on ECF, i know because i tested it last year

this NASA file was 8.5MB (10800 x 10800 pixels) as such it cannot be uploaded to ECF, unless it's size is less than 5.2MB

i took it down to 78KB (500 x 500 pixels) so it would load quickly on ECF

When you right-click an image file in Windows and select the edit option, the picture opens up in Paint by default.

Like I said earlier, it's Quick and Easy.

Nope. As far as I know context menus work on all versions of Windows, including 11 and going back to XP for sure. And IIRC, Windows 3.11 also had context menus.

Win11 has a new right-click menu. Some folks who don't do well with change want the old one back. I don't see Microsoft ever bringing the old menu back.

Good morning. I woke up a little bit before my alarm and didn’t realize what time it was so laid back down. Then like ten minutes later it went off. I really could have gone back to sleep this morning.
