Good morning to you.Good morning peoples![]()
I've finally gotten around to trying the 30ml tester of my Creamy Pango.
It seems to have a little dryness to it so I'll probably mess with it a little yet.
I think I'll try adding a little FA Pear and see what that does for it. After that I might try using FA Apricot in place of the pear to see if that helps any.
I don't have any cucumber yet so can't give that a go. I do have INW Cactus but I'm a little skeered to try it.
Other than the bit of dryness I'm pretty happy with it.
Thank you, David!Morning, mixers.,
No change in the weather here, either, although the smoke is being blown east, so better air.
Cactus... keep it at 0.5% or lessIt can add some "juciness" to a mix.

Thank you, Zazie! You could also try adding some Lulo, if you have it.
Hope you are out of the boot before your trip.I just got back from the doctor's. He took the bandages off and said I could now get the leg and foot wet. I'm sill in the boot and using the scooter, but a week from Friday, I can start weight bearing in the boot. That's the day we leave for College Station, so no scooter for the Aggies game! I should be out of the boot by the time we leave for Italy.
In a 10ml bottle I'd use only a drop or two of the Cactus.Thank you, David!
I'm still a bit leery of trying out the Cactus (why'd I buy it then?) but maybe I'll mix another 30ml batch and then split it Into 10s to give Cactus, Pear, and Apricot each a try.
Thank you, Fran!In a 10ml bottle I'd use only a drop or two of the Cactus.
Would probably be a good idea if you like it.Thank you, Fran!
Yeah, two drops usually weigh in right about .05 (0.5%) for my 10ml testers.
I might need to make a 10% dilution of Cactus if I start using it often!
I saw one yesterday where I was working. I don't know my plants, but it was kind of a big bush with blue/purple individual blossoms.I had a second hummer so I guess they are still here.
Yes, they are very fast birds.I saw one yesterday where I was working. I don't know my plants, but it was kind of a big bush with blue/purple individual blossoms.
The hummer actually landed and sat for a few seconds a couple of times.
It was gone by the time I fetched my phone to try and get a picture.
All birds seem to know when you get the camera and split. Sphinx moths are cool too, they are hard to tell from a hummingbird when they are flying about.I saw one yesterday where I was working. I don't know my plants, but it was kind of a big bush with blue/purple individual blossoms.
