I use 1% FA Fresh Cream a lot and have never had it drown out a recipe. How much Mango did you use?

I think it was 6% altogether, 3 different mangoes. I don't taste fruit very well so it probably doesn't take much to drown out the fruit.

Ate some really bad Chinese food

Since you don’t taste fruits very well I would use less cream.

I normally use TFA Sweet Cream which is not a strong flavor. Just had a small bottle of the FA Cream Fresh sitting around so I decided to try it. Back to TFA I think.

One is Tailoredoodle which isn't too bad at all but I'm still going to do another version. It's supposed to be a snickerdoodle/vanilla ice cream mix inspired by a commercial juice.

This version is in one of the PDFs that I sent you.
