Good evening random folks. We had a busy day today and I'm tired. We saw the pope this morning and then had some free time. Mom and I sat and had bloody marys and watched the people of the world. We chatted with a couple from Argentina and another from Germany. In the afternoon, we toured the catacombs and had Mass there. We then went to the Trevi fountain and I tossed my 3 coins in. It was a long hard hike from where the bus parked and the fountain. We are about to go down for supper. We will have to leave the hotel at 3:30am to catch our flight home. Here are a few pictures. The first is a double rainbow over St. Peter's Basilica. The 2nd is a video of the pope. I was very near the railing. The 3rd is of Trevi fountain.
I know I mentioned I hate mixing at night. Well, I got an opportunity this afternoon when Dd left and I took it. Got 6 mixes ready to go. Just gotta add base tomorrow and put them away. It's a start. Dark by the time I got done.
Good evening. We’re getting a ton of rain. It was a torrential downpour after I picked up my car from the shop. I had brakes and exhaust work done. On the way home my battery light turned on which really means something is off with the alternator. I’ve had a couple times where my car did some weird stuff when it got really wet like it did today hitting big puddles. I’m going to let it dry out in the garage overnight and see what happens tomorrow.
I picked up and put away the mess of cases everywhere. My lists are on my desk. I’ll straighten those out tomorrow.
I have an animal show I want to watch on Netflix. I’ll watch that tomorrow.
I saw the preview and it looks good. Goes from past to present. I don’t remember the name right now.
I think I have around 15 recipes. In any case I have enough to mix if I get another chance this weekend.
Hello, Mixers, hoping all of you are well!
I don't think the flavor odors are going to leave the dropper bulbs of those OOO bottles that I washed up last week, so on my way home today I stopped at a candle supply store that sells them and picked up a bunch of new dropper tops.
I also picked up a little Norpro cordless mini mixer set that I was curious about but passed on buying a couple of times. I saw it mentioned in an older thread here so figured "what the heck" this time.
The job I'm working at is about an hour drive away so I was checking google maps for vape places that could be worth checking out and found one that I might visit tomorrow.
Most of the pics they have up are at least a year old but they had a fair selection of rebuildable gear, mechs, and squonks then.
RTAs are probably the only thing I really would like a couple more of at the moment.

I haven’t been to a brick and mortar store in years. There have been several pop up around town but haven’t been motivated to check them out.

Back then they had the Fat Rabbit and Arbiter 2 RTAs and quite a few RDAs in some other photos.
Not like I need more Rabbits.
(Dead Rabbit Solo RTA does have my attention though)
