I don’t blame you. I hate doing sft. Don’t make the same mistake I did and mix a bunch of sft at once. I’d mix 10-15 at a time with good intentions and then get burned out about half way through and ended up dumping the rest.
I've tried SFT's from time to time over the years. To be honest I never felt like I got anything useful from doing it. It works better for me if I just make a mix and adjust it over time. Same way I go with food recipes. SFT works for some people though.

Maybe just slightly cleaner internal connections? Or a tarnished 510 pin on the mod? Or even just slightly different calibration, not a big difference...
Noticed that Lemos tend to vary more than most other tanks I've used. They are a bit fussy. The positive pin can get loose in the deck, or the screw in the bottom section needs to be taken out and cleaned and tightened up good. KFL's seem to be bulletproof. My KFL airlock went away when I rewicked it last night. The old wick wasn't burned but it was very tight, and the coil was black and gunked up bad after just a couple of days.

I had no tanks to fill this morning but I'm sure I will later today.

What is everyone up to today?
Getting ready to go into lockdown this evening. Turn all the lights off and keep quiet. We live in an out of the way corner of the neighborhood don't get many visitors anyway. Last time I did treats I gave the entire bowl to one little girl who showed up late. Three large bags full. She was looking kind of sad when she showed up, she only had 3 or 4 treats in her bucket. Time before that nobody knocked on the door at all. I was working in a hotel so the next night I took the goodies to work and left them in the breakroom. Withing a few minutes one of the housekeepers emptied the entire bowl into a bag and took off.

Yeah, any of those could lead to your different readings. Glad to hear you got the KFL straightened out. Yeah, darn near bullet-proof :) Lemos, fussy. Yeah, I do have one of those in the box, prefer my KFLs and Skylines :)

Don't expect any wandering rug rats here, either. Houses too far apart, and, well, it seems today's kids don't know how to walk, anyway... then again, houses every couple acres, yeah, parents take 'em into a town somewhere.

Don't blame you for the lockdown but i bet you really made that sad little girl happy.
