Time just went back an hour here. That means the dogs will get their dinner an hour later today which is never fun.
Saw a short segment about kids tobacco use on TV this morning. It was unusually non-judgmental. They were using a single number for both cigs and vapes. The number for daily users now is around 10%, down from 14% last year, the lowest number on record. They said the number for occasional users was higher but didn't give details. They said vape was more common than smoking. The segment wasn't hating on vape, just treating both as tobacco use. They did mention that kids preferred flavored vapes. Ain't that a surprise, not like us grownups. One number I've never seen is how many teen vapers continue to vape as adults, though maybe there hasn't been enough time for that to emerge.
Think I finally got my phone addiction back under control. "Your screen time was down 41% last week, for an average of 0 minutes a day." Not sure how the calculations work, I know I had several phone conversations last week.
