I think spring might finally be here. Although it was chilly yesterday, we got up to 57 today. I had to take off my jacket while at work. This week it's forecasted to be mostly in the upper 60s and 70s, except for Wednesday, which has a forecasted high of 81.

Sure, I’d like to see it. I like how the air fryer crisps the outside. I could probably adapt yours. Do you use fresh or frozen? We bought a big bag of frozen from Sam’s Club. Sometimes I buy fresh too.

@hittman i don't think it could adapt to airfry so no crispy but very tasty. I get frozen at Sam's Club.

Lemon-Pepper Salmon

Simple, tasty and fast! Salmon is sauteed with all ingredients at once, and served over couscous. Great with a spinach salad.

I don't do the couscous. I saute fresh asparagus for the side.
