Good morning. I slept in a little. I put a lot of the hardware on the cabinet by hand because I didn’t want to take a chance of stripping any of the screws in the wood and ended up with a big blister on one finger. It’s funny to me because I work with my hands a lot and don’t remember the last time I had one.

We have a very cold 12 degrees this morning but going to 39 the weather says. The weather also says it will be 49 tomorrow.

The weather where you are sure is all over for temps. Be careful of freezer burn.

Dry all day yesterday, so did get some yard cleanup done. Maybe more today, if the guess is right. And what a guess! The claim is now 1 - 3 FEET of snow in the hills Being as the "average" snow pack for all of western WA is about 50% of normal, yeah, we'll take it.

I usually have about 15 flavors in my rotation. I get bored quickly with the same flavor.

Still running my dozen. Since I usually have shoes on, that's as high as I can count. (8 fingers, 2 thumbs and two (left) feet :0 )

Yesterday the morning sun appeared, beaming as it poked its head from the gray skies. It didn't stick around long. As the day progressed, drizzle became rain, intensifying to showers. Heavy fog with rain this morning, the Moles are cleaning out their fox holes, building igloos. Speed bumps for the furries.

I opened one end of the box with my basement cabinet inside and was hoping to pull the instructions but no luck so I’m going to have to cut it open all the way to find them. Trying to decide if I want to tackle it today.

Yeah, I'm going to grab a few and have at them.

Got 'em all cleaned up. I had to break out the grass rack for this many - if there are 10 or less I usually just let them dry in a plastic container with a paper towel or two.

I've been adjusting my blackcurrant meringue recipe. Slowly reducing the meringue and liking it more each time. The last bottle I reduced the meringue to zero, replaced it with FA Cream Fresh and some Shisha Vanilla. Loaded a tank up with it this morning. It's only 2 weeks old and with the cream and vanilla it should have more time, but it's pretty good. Decided I just don't like meringue. Started off trying to reproduce a one-shot that was billed as blackcurrant meringue but I never got anywhere close.

It does need to be a little sweeter though. I have CAP Sugar Cookie on my to-buy list, someone said it's good for a bit of subtle sweetening. And I never tried a cookie flavor so that will be fun.
