Weird thing happened last night. I was idly playing old 60's singles on youtube and suddenly they started playing super fast, like going through a record in less than 10 seconds. Tried several different videos and they all did the same. I closed youtube and reopened it and it was working again.

Bet nobody here has heard Johnny Reggae by the Piglets. The first gen of skinheads in England were multi-racial, before they became Nazis and race warriors. All that mattered was the hair and clothes and fighting for your football team. The music they listened to was reggae. Really took me back.

Does duct tape provide the same red rash? ;)

Yeah, before vape I tried quitting with the patches. Weird dreams, so removed before bed. Get up, slap one on and light up. Gums never did like the gum (and not a chewer anyway!)
Never got on with gum or patches. Lozenges do it for me though for plane rides or other non-vaping events.

    Somewhere between here and there
I'm thinking of taking another pilgrimage this summer, this one to Mexico City. The biggest problem is Mexico's draconian antivape laws. You can't bring it into the country at all. A few places, mostly at tourist locales, may (as of right now) sell vapes, but of unknown quality, and there's hardly anywhere, except private homes where smoking or vaping is legal. I cannot discover if lozenges are legal, but it seems patches and gum are. I find patches to be worthless--might as well slap on a piece of duct tape, just as effective and much cheaper.
Not to mention, those patches are really hard to keep lit.

Good morning : ) Today's project was a new ignition switch for the '02 impala, all kinds of crazy stuff happens when the cars' computers don't get the right voltage in the proper sequence. I topped off the A/C since it's 60f, and it appears to be successful! (nice to have a back-up car)

GM’s have been weird with this sort of stuff since the Eighties. You never know what you’re going to get when working on anything electrical. Maybe they’re better now, though.
