I've started to do some walking so I will be in better shape in time for my trip. I was hopelessly out of shape for the Italy trip, but I didn't have time from the recovery of my foot surgery. I need to work on stairs too since I've had a bit of trouble with them since my surgery. Trouble is I don't have any stairs to practice with.

Pre-mix adjustment -Question.
(I have searched and cannot find where I can adjust a pre-mix and or how to break-down my Nic strength)
1] Naked100 Crisp Menthol
60ml, 65v/35p, 12mg
(I would like to bump the Nic to 16mg)
2] Reds Apple Glacial Mint
100ml, 70v/30p, 6mg
(I would like to bump the Nic to 12mg)
My Nic is PG Base 100mg/ml
Syringes On-hand
0.1-1 ml
0-3 ml

3ml of 100mg should put you at 16.1mg
The second one is going to take 7ml of 100mg which will put you at 12.1 Both will throw off your pg/vg percentage.
A rough calculation here using my mixing spreadsheet for mixing base. For your 2] mix because the numbers are easier.
If I wanted to mix 100mls of 6mg base I would include 6mls of your nic with 94mls of VG/PG. To make it at 12mg would take 12mls of nic. So adding 6mls of your nic would give you approximately what you are looking for.
It would be 106 mls rather than 100 so the nic wouldn't end up being exactly 12mg, it would be a little lower. The ratio of VG to PG would be slightly different. And the % of flavoring would be slightly lower. The differences would be small enough that I don't think it would be noticeable.
Doing the same calcs for your first mix it should take 2.4 mls of your nic to increase it from 12mg to 16mg.
I could figure out exact numbers for you to end up with the exact level of nic you want but that would mean building a new spreadsheet. And the PG/VG ratio and flavor % would still change a little.
Given that you don't want to mess up with nic% you should probably wait for someone else to confirm the numbers.
Edit - Hitt got there before me and came up with around the same numbers so you should be good.

I don’t really do naps. I might take a nap once or twice a year and when I do it’s always 3-4 hours. I wish I could just lie down and sleep for a short time.
I started using the cookie crack butter recipe and I swear I keep tasting lemon but there’s none in the recipe.
