First leg done, long day, 11 1/2 hours, 700 miles, so nearly half way home. If I get an early enough start tomorrow (not much to do in Santa Nella, so likely) depending on traffic and energy level, might make it home tomorrow night. Maybe

Good morning random folks. The big thunderstorms never materialized. Just some thunder and very little to no rain. No rain in the forecast, but temperatures are cooler. High is to be 59.

Good morning. It’s still raining but is supposed to stop later. I have to go right after work to get an eye exam. I have to have one to renew my CWI certification. This is my second nine year renewal and honestly don’t know if I’ll bother to renew again in another nine.

Good morning, hitt. Today is supposed to be 49 and mostly clouldy. Our Storm Watch is up now and they are saying more than 6 inches with wind. It will start as rain tomorrow.

Yesterday I took my walk in a t-shirt and shorts. Today it was sweatpants and a sweater. I was dragging pretty badly, but I managed 5 1/3 times around the block.

Took the Itty bitty to PT. came home and went through her outgrown clothes to send to son for GD out there.

Good evening. Work was total chaos today. I got in a bunch of new work today which is good.

I went to my eye appointment after work only to find out that it was a virtual appointment so a doctor wouldn’t be present to fill out the form I need for my renewal. Now I have to go back Saturday.

We went to a new Salvador Dali exhibition today. They had 4 actual works of his, small pics that he produced for the background of an opera. Plus lots of photos of his stuff and fun info about his life. That's the way exhibitions seem to work these days. They did have an amazing lightshow featuring images from his paintings though.

Exciting weather here today. The forecast for the eclipse next week is sunny and clear at the moment. I live in the middle of the total eclipse band so it should be fun. Also happens to be the same day as my 20th wedding anniversary.
