The humidity lately is making everything impossible. It's only 78 degrees but 70% humidity, but feels higher. I took my walk and again was dripping. There's very little breeze. I only made 4 laps, short of my goal of 7 2/3. I just couldn't take it anymore. It's supposed to start raining again soon.

Don't blame you a bit. Another day will be better hopefully.

We got to 90° today according to our outside thermometer.
My AC is preparing my room for comfy sleepies again.

No new mixes but I did write up one recipe today.
It's nothing groundbreaking, just a banana-mango-strawbery-coconut mix.

Thank you, Fran, I had a pretty easy day today with not much that I needed to do.

It was a bit breezy and the humidity wasn't bad earlier so it actually didn't feel too bad most of the day.
We're at about 75° now but it's gotten stuffy.

We got to 77 today so glad I got my walk in before the the temp went up. 59 right now.

Tomorrow the weather says 65 and mostly cloudy so good for my walk.

I did do it. I’m slowly trying to start running again. My knee has been feeling pretty good for a while now. I walked some for warm up and alternate between walking and running. I managed to run half a mile tonight which is the most I’ve run at once in many months since injuring my knee. I’ll be able to know better tomorrow how good or bad it is. It never hits until the next day.

Nest "batch" of dry is guessed to be the middle of next week, and the mower part is supposed to be here Sunday, so should be ready by then

A sunny day with high of 78, but the humidity is still a killer at 82%. I'm going to try to get through my entire walk despite that.
