Saw a bug on the rail of my deck today. It was a flying bug about an inch long. Mostly white with small black markings. Some of the black bits were tiny rings, others were irregular shapes. Triangular, like a moth with its wings folded back. I searched the web and found some similar critters but nothing really close. Never seen one like it before.

Never saw anything like that.

I haven't been walking because of my toe. I'm still in the walking shoe and it's difficult to walk far in that. I'll keep the shoe on until Saturday when I mow. I definitely don't want to leave the house looking like no one is home. I'm supposed to wear the shoe for 2 weeks, but that isn't happening on my trip. I will continue to buddy tape the toe. The bruising has gotten a lot better and it rarely hurts.

Oh yes, I forgot the toe. Glad it doesn't hurt all the time. Hopefully it will be ok on your trip. Just 4 days from now.

Broken toes are fairly easy to deal with. You should be fine. Just got to keep that foot out of the way so it doesn't get stepped on.

Remember how when you were a kid they warned you not to slide on the tiles around a swimming pool. I did that at school when I was 12 and slid into a step. Didn't find out it was broken until I injured my foot 15 years later and got an x-ray and they mentioned the healed up break.

I got in a decent workout tonight. I’ve been focusing more on exercises with weights and less on the treadmill lately.

I just posted a thread on the health cabin forum about the order I placed the 13th of last month. I really hope Sue responds. The blaze aio I ordered said it was in stock but didn’t get a shipping confirmation for almost a week then they gave me a line of bs saying that my in stock item just arrived. It sat at the China airport for seven days until I sent them a second email asking why it wasn’t updating. Now today it says it finally left the airport.
