Good evening. Took my jeep in today for oil change and tire rotation and ended up needing front brakes. This afternoon we got an unannounced visit from two DOT inspectors which really put a damper on things.

Good evening random folks. I just wasn't feeling it today on the treadmill. I only did 1.5 miles instead of 2. I wanted to quit from the very first step. The weather—hot and dry.

Good evening Terri. 1.5 mile is what I go for every day. Some days I get more but that doesn’t happen that much.

If any of you are FA Soho fans, this one might be worth a tester -

The 7.25% Solution

0.75% Clotted Cream (SSA)
0.50% Cookie Butter (SC) (WF)
1.00% Custard Premium (FA)
0.75% Milk and Honey (Flavorah)
4.00% Soho (FA)
0.25% Super Sweet (Purilum)

It's mostly Soho with a little bit of a buttery custard/cream.
This steeped for about 10 weeks before I got to it but I would think try to give it a month.
Tested in a Geekvape Aero sub-ohm tank with 0.15 mesh coil at 40 watts.

Yup, I'm a slacker. I'm lucky to have 4 regulars + 1. Life has been crazy lately. The club I work for has been sold as of Sept 3rd and there's lots to do for the transition. You know it's bad when I don't get a chance to lurk here all week. It took me a while to catch up on all the posts I missed.

I plan to mix this weekend to get me through September. Keeping my eyes on the prize - retire the end of January/early February after the club (current) taxes are filed.

We have an air quality alert this morning. Since I do use inhalers I just walked a half mile outdoors and walked the other half mile inside. Hope for better air quality tomorrow.
