Did the squirrel go away?

He hung around but probably thought I was nuttier than his treats with all my pointing and flapping my arms trying to caution him.
The eagle took off as I tried to move closer to get a better pic, so squirrel got his treat after that.

An even worse pic but got one just as the eagle was taking off,

We’ve been touching up the stain on our deck a little at a time. I went out after work and the wife came out and helped me finish it.
