Good evening. Once again tonight the wife had a project for us. I’m getting worn out working all day then coming home to do the projects.
Good evening, hitt :) Think you need to have a talk with your wife. Maybe get her to move projects to the weekends.

Been a hard day. Had to get up at 5.30 to take the wife to Goodyear to get a tire replaced on her Explorer, I put the spare on last night. Then back later to pick it back up. Sold my old 35mm camera gear and the guy came over to pick it up. He's a dedicated hobbyist and he had to sit at my kitchen table for half an hour going over all the adjustments on the camera and the 2 spare lenses to make sure everything was perfect, and check the lenses for scratches. Amazingly it was all good despite being 45 years old. Did a grocery trip. Went to a Town board meeting, but I was drained and only stayed for an hour.

Best part of the day, I finally got my pack of 24 dropper tops for the 15ml bottles. Enough for all my bottles. The rubber had degraded on the original tops, and the replacements I got were 1/4" shorter and didn't reach down to the bottom of the bottle. The tips on the new ones are slightly narrower and very smooth. I tried one and it worked great on a bottom feed tank. They don't have childproof caps which is nice. I got them all lined up on the desk ready to swap out now.

Once that's done I can relax and watch episode one of Oak Island.
A good end to the day.

Today, out of the blue, I took a moment to curse the guy who poisoned that Tylenol all these years ago. Those caps didn't start with his murder spree, but it sure gave their popularity a big boost.

    Morning, all.

Rain continues, temps here moderate, hopefully cold higher up. Otherwise, potential flooding in the usual places as it melts and adds to the stream / river flows.

    What's everyone up to today?
    Hi, Fran :)
I'm in a slow spell with work again so am just idling around the house.
I did mix one tester this morning,

Cardinal Cin • Holy RY4, Red Burley, Kentucky Blend, Caramel Cinnamon Roll, Caramel.

It is an adaptation of Cardinal2.0 by folkart (an adaptation of Cardinal by Fear) from ATF.

    Somewhere between here and there
Good evening. Work was ok. Lots of new work came in today so it’s showing no sign of slowing down.

Both of the blackberry mixes I tried with my base were a no go. Hopefully the one I have steeping will be better. If I could still get the blackberry crumble one shot then I wouldn’t even bother.

Good evening ,hitt :) Glad your work was ok today. Also glad to hear you have work coming in. Have you checked to see if your one shot is back?

I was browsing an article about additives on Chemnovatic's site and they name dropped Dinner Lady, though they didn't come right out and say that DL is one of their customers. Chemnovatic does handle things from recipe development on through finished product.
They might not be the manufacturer for DL products, but if you have any flavors from them or their Molinberry brand that fit the Blackberry Crumble profile then it might not hurt to give them a sniff/taste to see if you recognize anything.

A listing of their flavors with descriptions and usage rates
