That’s way warmer than we got.
Good evening random folks. It got up to 48⁰ today, and the same is predicted tomorrow with a low of 28⁰. This is getting to be more like our winters are supposed to be. I can do without any more of that polar vortex weather. In a few minutes, I leave to go teach religious ed.
A few years ago I stocked up on wire. Got a 250' roll of kanthal 28g. Seemed like a good idea at the time, cheaper than getting several smaller rolls. I haven't used much from that roll but now there's a loop of wire sticking out further every time I use it. I can push it back in but then 3 or 4 smaller loops pop out.
Tried to fix it tonight. Started pulling out the wire. Ended up with 10 or 15 feet of it down on the kitchen floor. At that point there was a kink in the wire that was wrapped around a neighboring strand of wire. Got the kink sorted out but there was still no movement on the big loop. Binned the wire I had pulled out because it had been on the kitchen floor.
Never had a problem like that before. This big roll is going to be messing with me for years.

Good morning. We’re going to get 27 today. I’m not complaining after the couple days of super cold temperatures we had earlier this week. Looks like we’re headed for a warm up this weekend.
