Good news! The mobile home dealer has notification of my mortgage approval. That means when I go down there, I'm able to put down a deposit and the home will be mine. I'm still in a race and I don't know where the other party sits on their financing. I'll show up before they open on Monday, and fortunately they're not open on Sundays.

I ran a few batteries through it and to me it seems like it charges faster than my old one. My old one had a large adapter on the plug in so it’s nice having just a regular plug on this one.

I have a Vapcell. Good charger but it has one annoying feature. It doesn't have the adaptor on the plug which is good. Instead the adaptor is halfway between the plug and the charger. That means if you have the charger on your desk and it plugs into a strip on the floor the adaptor is suspended in midair, and it's heavy enough to pull the charger right off the desk.

Series of storms headed into the PNW, cool nights, rainy days, and thankfully more snow in the hills. We'll take it, need the snow pack to grow!

Yeah, not the best arrangement. My laptop is similar, with the "brick" in the middle of the cord. But at least the low voltage side of the brick is fairly long, so if I put the laptop near the edge of the desk...
