Well, that is a pity. I'm sorry.Bad news on the home front. I lost the race for my homeI'm not completely starting from scratch, though. I can reapply for another loan very easily with the same lender and if I go with the same seller, I don't even have to reapply. The seller is looking out for a similar model and there is one that I kinda like. It's not quite as nice and is only 3 bedrooms, but it's a lot cheaper. The main thing I don't like is that it looks like a mobile home, whereas the other one didn't.

We’re still having highs in the low 70’s until the weekend. I definitely need to get in a workout tonight.
I got four itanks from sourcemore today and the first one I opened had broken glass on the tank. A white bubble envelope isn’t much protection when shipping from China. I emailed them but doubt they will do anything.
Up in the 70's all week here, then back down to low 40's on Sunday. Cut down some weed trees and vines in a neglected back corner of the lot and threw it all on the fire pit today. Because the wood was new and not dried out I had to hang out by the fire for a couple of hours stirring it up to keep it burning. 2 hours at mid 70's breathing in smoke and getting overheated from the fire. I should have known better.
I did get 2 juices mixed tonight, blueberry and lemon. Nothing new.
I got 10 new batteries a couple of months ago. One of them seems to be dying already. Normally a battery will last through a tankful in one of the wife's big Lemos but this one runs out after half a tank. It's charging now. Showed 1% charge when I put it on, It's been sitting at 100% still charging for quite a while. My Vapcell charger has a capacity check mode so I'll give it a run on that later.

Still upper 40s, random showers for a few more days. But that does mean more snow up high, so actually good for this late in the season.
