Good evening Fran. That's why I'm here in Houston. Based on the pictures, I'm 90% sure of which one I want. Tomorrow I go to see it and a few others. I so hope I'm able to make a deposit. The dealer may want to see the quotes on preparing the property first. I've had a couple of contractors out, but neither one has sent me their quote.

Good morning random folks from (not yet) sunny Houston Texas. It 59⁹ now with high guessed at 82⁰. Perfect day to buy a home. I'm staying at the same hotel as I did last time, and I got a decent workout in as this time, I was able to get the treadmill to work. I don't like it as well as the ones I'm used to, but it'll do in a pinch. At one point I was trying to pause the machine and I thought I was setting the speed to 0, but instead I hit 10mph. For a minute there, I was running like a tiger was after me, until I managed to get off the tread and slow the thing down.

Question for drop in coil users. Do you give them a warm water rinse, and reuse them, or toss them?
If you toss them, how many ml's(on average)do they last?
I seldom vape sweet juices.

I have done vinegar and water, then warm, LONG rinse, completely dry out....works pretty well, about 70-80% flavor for several more days to a week....also, am told vodka or everclear may work even better. Hope that helps. Save them up, so you don't have to do each separately. Good luck. I plan on trying the alcohol to see if it works even better.
