Just finished clearing out a fenced in area where we used to keep the swimming pool. Yesterday I pulled up the tarp that was under the pool so there's a big area of soil with nothing growing in it, no roots or anything.

Before stuff starts to grow there I'm digging it up and using the soil to fill in holes in the yard. The soil is root free but hard as rock from being compressed under the pool for years. Have to break it up with a pickaxe. There's a really big hole around where the septic tank used to be, it's sunk about 8", Lots of smaller sunken areas around the yard that are bad enough to trip up the riding mower. Most of the lawn is like a plowed field anyway from the moles but there's nothing I can do about that.

It's going to take a while because it's hard digging up the soil and loading it in the wheelbarrow. I can only do a couple of barrow loads at a time before my ancient muscles call time.

Good evening. Work was ok. I found out today that we might break our all time record for sales this month. We might get a free lunch out of it or something but more than anything it makes us look good to the higher ups.
Good evening, hitt.:) That’s good news.

Good morning. The wife might come home today but most likely tomorrow.

I woke like a zombie this morning. I had a really hard time falling asleep last night.
Good morning, hitt.:) I hope your day goes alright.

    Morning, mixers.

Well, the panicked weather guessers should feel embarrassed, but they won't, of course. The "severe" t-storms and up to 1" hail didn't happen, and we were said to be in the bull's eye. Some minor t-storms for about a half hour, some heavy rain for the same and then just rain, and no hail. Pretty much what I expected, looking at the same maps as they were... :)

    Uh, Hitt?
“It is going to be expensive,” said Ivan Drury, director of insights at Edmunds.com. He said it will be an unpleasant sticker shock that could come much sooner than most people realize, even before some of the cars that will now cost more to produce arrive at their local dealerships.
“It’s too soon to tell how much,” he said. “But it’ll be a couple of thousands of dollars, if not more.”

If that's still on your radar...

I tried this Vicious Vanilla clone:
    Bavarian Cream-tfa-3.5%
    Cinnamon Danish Swirl-cap-.25%
    Creme Brulee-inw-1.5%
    Vanilla Swirl-tfa-2.25%
    Vienna Cream-fa-1.5%
    Vanilla Cream Extra-wf-1%
    Vanilla Custard II-tfa-3.5%
The taste is fine, but at the same time, a bit harsh, constantly clearing my throat.
I think I misread the recipe or just over did it.

I've since found a different recipe, and added a few tweeks:
    Bavarian Cream-tfa-1.5%
    Custard-inw-3.5%
    Creme Brulee-inw-1.5%
    Cinnamon Danish Swirl-cap-.25%
    Madagascar Vanilla-1%
    Vanilla Swirl-tfa-2%
    Vienna Cream-fa-1.5%

Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

Will rain loosen it up eventually?

The sales record broken, yet you had so many quiet, boring days.
