A trip to Sam’s turned into a trip to the nursery for flowers, dinner at a restaurant, Sam’s, and then grocery store. Not bad though. At least I got a good meal out of it.

Dd's youngest girl rented the house. Everyone else is doing the food. There are 12 people/kids going.

Got the lawn done yesterday because there were 4 days of rain due starting today. Had to go out and pick up a new push mower, wife got careless and ran the old one over a rock. Bent the main shaft where the blade is attached. Glad it's done because grass grows like crazy with rain and lower temps. Also dug out the tomato and strawberry beds and I've filled most of the low spots with dirt. There's still one big one where the septic tank used to be. I keep filling it but it just sinks some more.

I got through all my blackberry SFT's so now I'm ready to do a real recipe. Could have done it a few weeks ago but I didn't want to waste the SFT's. I have a favorite but they are all quite tasty.
