Due to arthritis in both hands, seems to be getting worse, I'm looking for single flavor vapes and simple recipes. I'm going to try these single flavor mixes on my next session.
Vanilla creamy-cap-4%
Lemon meringue pie-cap-7%
Creme brulee-inw-3%
Saturn peach-flv-1.5%
Pina colada-inw-6%
Orange creamsicle-cap-10%
Any and all suggestions are more than welcome, thanks.
Note: I do have quite a few one shots, but I find them to be a bit sweet for my taste.

I used to use cap horchata at 6% solo. Also sugarloaf pineapple is pretty good solo. I think I recall someone saying cnv lemon cream wafer was designed to be a one shot.

Thank you, I will check them out.
I have added horchata smooth-tfa-@10% and lemon cream wafer-cnv-@7% to my mix list. I don't have sugarloaf pineapple, only pineapple I have is golden pineapple-cap.

I haven't tried them solo, but these from Flavor West have multiple mentions in the ELR flavor notes as being good as a solo,
    Caramel Cinnamon Roll
    Blueberry Graham Waffle
    Wild Berry Cobbler ala Mode

    Might be worth a try.

SSA Lemon Wafer worked for me. It's strong so I used it at 3%. Now I add a bit of FE Lemon but it was fine on its own.

The only lemon wafer I have is cnv, which I'm going to try, More suggestions are appreciated, I'm trying to keep it to no more than 5 flavors.

I have both of these, they are being added to the easy mix list. Thanks
Just checked, don't have cap shortbread but I do have shortbread cookie-ssa. I'm going to try it @2-3%.
    Thank you, keep them coming.

    You're very welcome, dennis!

I could whip up a little solo tester of each and report what I think if that might be of any help.
Try them at a week or two maybe?
    What atty/watts do you use?
I did it... for science, 6% each.
I really should do more SFT anyway!

    Okay, thank you!
We're in the same range then.
If I use subohm I'm .15 to .40 around 40-45 watts. RTAs resistance vary for me but I usually run those on the cooler side.

I couldn't remember if you used lower power - no need to dust off my Vivi Novas then

@dennism, I've liked SSA Boysenberry/Raspberry, VTA Xmas Pudding, SSA Apple Strudel, CAP Shortbread, WF Hazelnut and Cream, and VTA Lemon Meringue Tart on their own.
I have 4 of the above flavors, Boysenberry/raspberry 3.5%, Apple strudel 2%, Hazelnut and cream 5%, Lemon meringue tart 5%.
Do these percents sound about right? Again thanks.
