Heat's on the way back, for a couple days, but only mid to high 80s. Not too bad...

And it has been cooling down overnight, a big help!

My shop has ac but I’m in and out throughout the day. I felt like I got run over by a truck this morning when I got up. I went downstairs and did some stretches. It seems like that’s going to be my morning routine for the foreseeable future. I start PT tomorrow.

It went ok. I didn’t get many calls today so was able to get quite a bit done.

I got a call from the PT office to let me know how much it was going to cost. I about fell over. We have a new plan with a lower deductible starting August 1 so I postponed my visit until the 6th. We are also going to have an HRA so I can turn in my bills for reimbursement.
