I noticed while I was downstairs that I have four unused kayfun lite clones. I wonder if anyone still uses those? I’d give them away if someone wanted them.
They are still my favorite tank. 4 of my 7 setups are KFL's right now. My inventory says I have 23 KFL's altogether. Went a bit crazy when they were selling them for $5. All EhPro's, except for one Tobecco with an adjustable positive pin and 2 mystery ones that came from China in fake SM boxes.

Not so long ago I would have jumped on your generous offer. After all 27 is definitely better than 23. But guess I'm over the stockpiling thing. Those things are built like tanks and they last forever.

I've been reading some articles stating that some nicotine is beneficial , especially for older people, which I am one of.
My question being how much nicotine? I'm thinking 2.5to 3 mg/ml, I now vape zero nicotine and don't know which way to go.

I've read that nic keeps Parkinsons and Alzheimer's at bay. I do know that folks with Parkinsons were always known to be chain smokers, like they were self-medicating. We had a teacher at my high school with Parkinsons. He was given a special dispensation to smoke at all times because he wasn't able to handle the job without a cig in his hand. He even smoked in the classroom during lessons back in the 60's.

They also say caffeine holds off heart disease. Seems like the one about red wine being good for you has gone out of favor.

The nicotine thing isn't the reason I vape, but it is a justification in my mind. I have a lot of Alzheimer's in my family tree. No idea how much is enough to give the supposed benefits. My advice for you is go for it.

I started vaping precisely because I wanted to get nicotine into me without smoking after I read that it might help with MS-related brain issues. Obviously, I can have no way of knowing whether it did, but what the hey.

I'm at around 10mgs/ml, but you're starting from 0, so starting low sounds like a sensible way to go.
