I started vaping precisely because I wanted to get nicotine into me without smoking after I read that it might help with MS-related brain issues. Obviously, I can have no way of knowing whether it did, but what the hey.

I'm at around 10mgs/ml, but you're starting from 0, so starting low sounds like a sensible way to go.

I already have a few bottles mixed at 3mg/ml, letting them steep a bit.

I steeped this for 2 months, it became very intense, maybe too much.

Cinnamon red hots-tfa-2.5%
Milk flavor-fa-2%
Rum Jamaica-fa-2.3%
Sweet cream-fw-2%
I think I over did the cinnamon red hots, if mixed again I'll try 1.5%.
Edit: I gave it a few more tries, it has now been dumped.

I just got through making pumpkin treats for Misty. She likes them and pumpkin is good for her, full of vitamins and fiber. While I was making them, Arthur, one of the grandkitties, kept jumping on the counter and I had to keep knocking him off. I offered him one of the treats and he wouldn't take it, even though he tried to steal one a few minutes earlier.

I went downstairs and did my new PT exercises and did a little bit of weights. Last time I did the elliptical afterwards and many weights and was really sore the next day. I didn’t want to be more sore tomorrow. I’ll wait to do the elliptical on core exercises day.
