Good evening. I just got home from my physical therapy. It was my last one so from here on out I’m on my own. It was definitely worth it and now I have a bunch of great exercises to do to keep me feeling decent.

I had some leftover pods from a Hellvape review so I’m using them to test flavors. The tobacco ry4 is less sweet than the ry4 fortress was. Still a small amount of sweet to it but more tobacco forward. It’s not bad at all solo. I also filled a pod with the raspberry custard mixed with some cream. I’m going to try it next.

My errands are done - having a vape break right now.
We're trapped in the house. The painters have covered all the doors and windows with tape and plastic sheet so they can spray the paint. They took off the downpipes and covered the gutters and decks and a bunch of other stuff. Replaced some damaged cedar siding pieces and caulked the hell out of everything. Communication is a bit hard because only the boss speaks enough english and he is only there intermittently to direct the job, so I don't know how long we will be stuck in here. Yesterday they power washed the entire house to remove loose paint and prep the surface for repainting. Cleaned the gutters and cleared off the leaves and twigs from the roof. I know how these guys operate because I've seen them do it to a house on the next block. They are expensive but super professional. They even keep a small metal bucket on the deck for smokers to dump their cig butts.
I was going to take a trip to the shop and get some muffins and drinks and stuff for them but I can't right now. I did drinks and snacks for them yesterday.

This is the label from an old half liter nic bottle. It was sitting on a shelf and I finally cleaned it out today.
I'm down to 4 liters in the freezer. Mixture of NN and Wizard Labs. I know WL is gone, not sure about NN. Got most of it in 2015 and the rest in 2020, the 2015 is still good as new. Makes me sad in a way. At 75 I'll never finish my 4 liters since I have enough to take me well past 100. My life will end somewhere along that short line of bottles. I stuck a note on the freezer explaining what it is so my descendants won't kill themselves.
