It’s sad that her kindness turned into that ordeal. Hopefully it is resolved now and the person keeps away.
He's gone now. The judge was so mad at him that he was given only 15 mins to pick up his stuff, and two huge cops were sent along to supervise. The cops made us stay outside. Apparently he refused to get his clothes and pulled a razor blade out of his pocket and started picking his teeth with it. The cops told him to put it down and he refused, said he had food stuck in his teeth. They took him away in cuffs. She was ordered to call a storage utility, they sent a box truck round to pick it all up and take it away. To get it he has to pay the storage place all their costs. He goes to jail if he shows up or contacts her. Turned out he has 6 active restraining orders but has no record of violence.

LOL, I would not want to be a ref in any sport. It's a thankless job.

I enjoy watching international soccer games and women's soccer (US). The game flows. And the refs rarely call any fouls. Play stoppage is very rare. Basketball is similar.
Rugby is like that, non-stop action. It's a bit like American Football. But I heard it's really hard for players to move from one to the other. Rugby players are used to jogging for 90 minutes. Footballers are used to 2 mins of sprinting followed by a 5 minute break.

Good morning random folks. I got my bottles washed, with Misty's help. I discovered that by using the sink in the utility room, she is able to jump up onto the washer and dryer. Not only was that annoying while I was washing the bottles, it gives her access to cleaning supplies that I keep on a high shelf above the washer and dryer. I also dont need her jumping on the counter when I have open containers of nicotine. I've ordered a pet gate for the utility room and I will wait until it arrives to do my mixing marathon. I'm low on vg and have that ordered. I'll just have to mix up one bottle at a time until then.
I have a built-in gate for when I have to keep the dogs in the kitchen. Not sure a gate would work for a cat though.

So far, it seems to be working. I got a tall one so it's less likely that she'll jump on top of it to get over. With this cat though, you never know. The other day I was in the shower and turned around to find her staring at me right up against the glass door...at waist level. She had jumped up and was hanging by her front paws from the towel rack. She wasn't able to maintain that for long though.

Update on Misty and the Safety gate. This morning i was in the utility room, mixing a bottle of juice when I turned around to see Misty squeezing through the slats on the gate. Oh, no, I thought. It's not working. But she wasn't able to get her hips through. Good thing, because i discovered that she had previously knocked over a small box of flavors and they fell behind the washer. I'm gonna have to use the vacuum to retrieve them.
