I'm late this morning because I was in Dd's office looking at Medicare plans
I’m watching the new Frankenstein movie on Netflix. It’s a little slow moving.
It was interesting but not very action packed. I started it yesterday and finished it today. In my opinion it’s a longer movie than it needs to be.
I am going out shortly to switch the mower out for the snowblower. The forecast shows snow for Monday.
I got elected to do a Sams Club run while the wife takes her mom to visit her brother. It’s pretty cold and nasty outside.
I did fine. It was super windy on the highway. I really needed to go. We were down to a couple rolls of TP and needed Kleenex since we both have a cold and are really going through them. The real emergency was the pajamas my wife wanted for our youngest for Xmas. She was supposed to order them a week ago but never did and tried today but they weren’t available for shipping. She got lucky. By the time I got there, there were only two sets left in the correct size and I had to dig through a big pile to find them.
Our youngest daughter sent out a document to everyone in the family for a name draw for Xmas. The wife and I have wanted to do this for years but could never get everyone to agree. I’m not surprised but the one brother doesn’t want to do it. I just don’t understand it. He’s in the hospital but doesn’t want to do the name draw. We did it at thanksgiving dinner and left out him and his girlfriend. Christmas at the outlaws house is going to be awkward.
