Good morning. It’s 9 outside right now. No plans yet.
My plans are to work. Today is the only cold day of the week. Currently it's 24⁰ with a high of 40⁰. Now that's a lot warmer than a lot of yall, but the rest of the week it's gonna be in the 60s. Of course it would be colder only on the day I have to be out in it.
The Chiefs had a good start today but aren’t doing well now. I wouldn’t be surprised if they lose again.
Nope! Mahomes got hurt and the backup quarterback threw an interception. Another loss. No playoffs for them this year.
The wife is going to a dinner with her Bunco friends so I’m on my own tonight. I’m going to try to work on some more review stuff while she’s gone. I’m determined to get as much review stuff finished as I can before my vacation.
We ended up with 5 or 6 inches overnight here. Temps might drop into the teens tonight but feel even colder with the wind.
Hopefully the drive to work tomorrow won't be too bad with icy patches - our road is pretty clear and somewhat drying.
My Christmas shopping has been done but I'm still waiting for one gift. It will finally get here next Friday or Saturaday. Be glad when I can wrap it and say I'm done.
I finished shopping for my wife last weekend. However, I picked up on a comment my wife made and think she’s waiting for my vacation time to finish shopping for our girls. I’m a little aggravated about that. She can go anytime she wants but for some unknown reason wants to wait until I’m off. I’ve already bought a few things for the kids and she really hasn’t. Anyway, just me complaining.
