Good evening random folks. I really didn't do anything major today, but tomorrow I plan on putting heat lamps under my house. I certainly dont need water pipes to freeze. I had to order the stuff from Amazon and it should get here tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to crawling under the house. I did it once, before the skirting was installed and didn't like it But I gotta do it before it freezes this weekend.

I really got to thinking about the safety of the heat lamps so after talking with my brother, I decided on a space heater instead. It has the auto shut off feature that the lamps won't have. That is a little bit less crawling around under the house but I still have to go under there. Let's hope it works.

Good afternoon random folks. T'wernt easy, but i got the heater installed under the house. There happened to be an electrical outlet underneath the house right where I planned on placing the heater, so I didn't even have to run an extension cord. I looked for the water lines while I was under there and they were hidden by a fabric that covers the entire bottom of the house, so it is possible that the pipes are amongst the floor insulation and are thus insulated. The only water line I could see was the main line that connects to the well, and it had insulation. I put the space heater near it. Getting through the skirting to get under there was the hard part. I'm going to see if my brother can help me put an access door there.
