My biggest concern during the storm, is loss of power!
The pharmacy wouldn’t fill one of my wife’s prescriptions early and she doesn’t have any for tomorrow so we have to go out in this mess to get her prescription. That is if she ever gets ready to go. I told her I’d drive her there. She was supposed to get gas yesterday and didn’t. It’s too cold out to pump gas today. It was cold yesterday too but I stopped and filled up.
I will if we ever leave. I went out and shoveled the driveway and sidewalk and still not ready to go.
I could but she wanted to go and wanted to pick up some groceries.
We finally went and insurance wouldn’t let the pharmacy fill it until Monday. However, the pharmacist was super nice and said we could buy 5 without insurance to get her by for now. The roads really weren’t very bad yet. It’s been snowing since I got up this morning and hasn’t stopped. I’d say we got 2-3 inches so far. Supposed to get another 2-3. It’s a really dry and light snow thanks to the near zero weather.

Good evening random folks. It's currently 14⁰, windy, with off and on freezing rain. I haven't left the house all day. Church was canceled for the weekend, but i wasn't going to go anyway. I'm sure the roads are icy. There'll be a live stream in the morning that I'll watch. I still dont know about work tomorrow. Despite needing the hours, I really dont want to be out in 8⁰ temperatures and I dont want to be driving these roads. Nobody's packages are worth that.
I just got a text stating that Amazon packages aren't expected to run. I'll be updated as info arrives, but it's looking like I won't be working.
