Good afternoon random folks. What schizophrenic weather were having. A week ago the temperatures were below freezing. Today we're looking at a high of 79⁰. I'd be a lot happier if I knew that this weather was here for good, but it's possible that we may experience another cold snap later. Darned groundhog. I've taken up another exercise routine along with the treadmill, resistance band exercises. I just got done with them. They're boring but it only took me 20 minutes, aided by the "assistance" of a cat.

I still use the resistance bands that the physical therapy guy gave me. They are kinda boring but really do help with the exercises they gave me.
Good evening. Work was tough on me today. I came home and took a muscle relaxer. Just a lot of lifting and bending today.
I can't recall where I got this from, but it's good.

Sorry work was tough today.
I just put a pan of brownies in the oven. Just that kind of night. Tomorrow I have to go over to the outlaws house and fix a water line to their new refrigerator. They had a new one delivered and the old line must be clogged or the shut off valve is bad because they couldn’t get any water to the refrigerator.
I totally agree with schizophrenic weather! The last of our snow/ice is finally gone, got over 6" which is wild or here. Still freezing at night but the days are warm. Weird.
Good evening random folks. It actually got up to 82⁰ today. It is so hot in my house, despite the ceiling fan, that I considered turning on the ac. I instead opened a window, and that is helping a bit. Misty liked it as she immediately went and sat in that windowsill. I dont know if the view is any better without the glass in the way or if she liked the breeze.
