I'm sure he's gone off to get some grub. But your guess is right...Nickels won't be back. Too many losses to cover the cost.
Great info Karen
18490 woodvil is an exclusive / somewhat rare one - yay. It's also quite exquisite.
How bout the VV woodvils?
I think all woods are quite exclusive![]()

There is another wood run in the works...so no need to seek interest. It is already clear that the demand is there. The one variable that is throwing a wrench in things is time.

Hay now, I got one of thoseI got one older than that... I need to dig it out and take a photo.
Ok found a bit of history for every one. I know this is a bit of topic for this thread but here goes.
This was the vid I remember watching after I got my first wood REO. 808 was all the rage back then. One neat thing about the original Wood REO was that it had a adjustable center post and could use any atty out there, Rob was way ahead of the mod curve.
Now as you watch this vid notice at mark (1.48) you will see the Mine REO still in its infancy a lot changed before he went in to production with the REO Mini.

I think the original question was which Reos had limited production runs and were rarer than the other ones. If memory serves, that is a preproduction Reo from March of 2010 made in a special wood combination, and only two were ever made. Robert has one.
Geez, I wonder who has the other one.....![]()
Of course I love that tuneWay to go Rob, you got "Going to California" playing in the background!![]()
