Must have missed that one..

It sounds weird with the product involved. But they use cotton in some of them too so.. I guess what matters is what's on the inside. Its good clean rayon...

I don't know why all the local sources have to be so difficult for us guys. Lol!..

Oh... so many fun things to say when I walk in to a store JUST to buy these....

Wives send us to pick these up quite often. I'm sure its not the first time they've seen it. Just grab a few other things so its mixed in... I think its less unusual than going into Sally's..

I've talked about these before but hadn't tried them, now I can say its a good source.

I have no issue buying just these... or these and some other oddly paired items. :) It's just fun to say whacky things when buying "odd" items sometimes or to get help in locating certain items... but never funny if it's taken to the point that you have to explain it was a joke to the cops for 2 hours.

Guys, now you can be the one to say "Awww you got the wrong kind!"

As it turns out... I basically did that once, what I went looking for wasn't available... so I bought her about a dozen different ones... and I just checked... KU was one of them! So... after confirming it was the right one, I have taken a few and opened one. Feels/looks like some quality Rayon!

It's going in a labeled baggie and up on the wall with the other wicking material examples!

Well the verdict is its good.. New local cheap source to try. Good for people that just want to try rayon or as a primary source.

I've got kotex U sleek in the black box. Labeled 100% rayon, elemental chlorine free bleached. (Safe), rayon/ poly string, package.. Any of these labeled similarly should work.

Its inexpensive and readily available. One ends up being quite a bit probably 10-20 wicks depending. It reminds me, looks the same as the pharmaceutical rayon. Same dry look and feel, I think its essentially the same. Its vaping very good. Neutral taste. This is out of the box clean.

There is a layer of wrapping around the outside you remove and then unroll it.

From here on I will refer to it as KU Rayon

I'm guessing you had to pull some strings to find this :D

For a time they did, but I believe its back by popular demand for the original makers.. Also I see the improvement that these have compared to others I've seen that keep the fibers together and tight.. The wrapping on the outside helps. Maybe the really small compact size of it too, reduces the amount it can hold. Also it may be that now that education on the subject has been wide spread enough that they expect everyone to understand how to use them safely..

TSS is from using one too long mainly, or loose fibers remaining. That goes for cotton too. Since rayon far outlasts cotton, they use a much smaller amount to compensate

lol... dang, why didn't I see this BEFORE I went grocery shopping for the week. I'll be giving it a shot. I like how it comes individually packaged for easy 'on the go' storage.

Except for explaining to the TSA agent why you have a kotex in your pocket ;)

Lol, now I get it. Hilarious.

Well, others may poke fun at us, but since the meletonin bottle rayon is not available anymore. Another cheap local source had to be mentioned.
