My Taifun GS experiment worked great, but I only ordered 1 foot initially, should have known better based on my 3mm experiences from them - now they are out of all but the 5 foot! (Probably because of this thread)

Oh we'll, between my and the Mrs Kayfuns, my Hornet, Aqua, and AGA-TD, I'll use it all this year...maybe...

I insist on different tanks for every flavor I vape :)

I did wonder how well it would wick on a kayfun, with those channels plus fighting gravity, but based on everyone's postings, gonna give it a whirl - my Kayfun is completely clear, so my current silica wick is looking pretty dark and is in need of changing anyway

Thanks, Tim, for the heads-up. I wasn't familiar with Readyxwick until finding your this thread earlier tonight. My order is in for 2 feet of the 3mm. Unfortunately, I rushed to order some from the other vendor before finishing the thread. It's too dang easy to order online before you have time to give it a second thought.

I was adopted and I met my birth mother and family. I had 2 half brothers and a half sister. One of my half brothers was named Tim. The other brother got a big kick out of it and he would say "this is my brother Tim, and this is my other brother Tim".

A Tim scammed me 3000.

does anyone know how this stuff works with dry hits? like with cotton you can kind of tell when the wick is becoming dry because the vape starts to irritate your throat a little and the vape starts to feel a little dry.

how does it feel like with xc-116 will the vape be fine and then out of nowhere I get complete dry hits? or will you be able to tell slowly because the vape / taste start to diminish?

It will start to diminish. The dry hit to me is nothing at all like cotton. I know it is dry but no harsh burnt taste for me.

don't own a REO but I will chime in. Been using READYxWICK for awhile and like it a lot. The only minor thing that is different that I have had to adjust to is that it is stiffer than silica.
The only issue I have with the stiffness is when I build on my filler/fluff attys (which I prefer), I have to take that into account when bending the wick up. You can take this wick out and torch it until it is white. Almost indestructible. It last longer than my coils....not really but I change my coils more often than my wicks now.
