Well, honestly, I don't feel guilty telling a never-smoker, never-vaper that they shouldn't vape as honestly, after being a smoker for all those years, I really cannot in good conscience recommend vaping as really, decades ago there was kinda the same "lessai faire" attitude toward tobacco, it was no big deal, you can quit if you want to and etc. And there were a lot more smokers. My brain, which knows what it likes and demands more of it at all times just should never have TRIED a cigarette.
Honestly, I'd give almost anything to have been a never smoker, never vaper, regardless of how much I enjoy vaping compared to smoking. I love vaping because it was the ONLY way for me to quit without mad and crazy amounts of suffering, frankly. The whole darn time I was pregnant and nursing, I craved cigarettes EVERY DAY. The 6 months I spent with the gum were impossible, and I had to knit feverishly the entire time and was still cranky. I'm deeply thankful for a SUBSTITUTE that works, but that is what it is for me, A SUBSTITUTE for my terrible decision making in my younger life.
I still believe there is no rationale for vaping UNLESS you are a former smoker or about to become a smoker. But that's it, for me, although anyone can make whatever decisions they wish, and usually do.
