VERY nice ... But I would want JUST the back part! Is that possible? :D (I'd NEVER fill up all those other holes! ;-))

After looking over the design I think just making the top portion would work with a matching base, kinda like the coffee table caddies look.

Whenever you want it, just order any one of the $36 dollar caddies and put in the comments "special 5 slot caddy" and I will make it for you for that price.

I thought about making all the dual level caddies available without the accessories part, just the PV stand, but this is the first time it's been asked for and I don't know it there would be a demand for other larger versions of the coffee table stands.

There are currently 19 models available in two different wood types, the desk caddy web page is getting pretty big!

So many desk caddy designs really just boils down to caring about your customers. Not a bad thing says I :D

Slightly off topic, but I had a thought today about the sub ohm trend. I wonder if it's because the community has lowered nicotine levels and are increasing watts to regain that lost throat hit?

For me personally, at 18mg I liked 8-9 watts. At 12mg I was more along the lines of 10-12 watts. Now at 6mg I like my 14-15 watts. Heck, my dual coil dripper is at 0.5 ohms which is easily over 20 watts on a mechanical to get a decent throat hit out of some 3mg 100% VG liquid I made for my lady.

This realization came after I ran out of my ADV in 6mg and went back to a bottle of 12mg I had some left over in and about blew my head off on the cutlass ii set up at around 15 watts.

Just a thought as production line is pretty monotonous and I don't have much else to do (work? Bah!) :D

Well it was the other way round for me. I started to lower my nic level from 18 to 12mg when I went sub-ohm. I could have just changed the way I vape and take shorter drags (I actually vape exactly like I used to smoke...3-4 seconds drags), but 18mg on a .7 coil is just way too brutal for me! I think two things helped me to enjoy a 12mg juice: Sub ohm and the way new atomisers are built. Kayfuns, Origen, Cyclone....they all hit quite hard and help a lot to reduce your nic level. My average is now about 15W on a VV/VW, on mech mods, it's more like 22-25W...I like it hot when I use them :D

Now that you mention it, the first time I went sub ohm was shortly before my initial 18 to 12 nic drop.

I stupidly built a 4 wrap of 28ga that I just got for free after using only 32ga. Bad idea with 18mg for sure!

You still use 12 mg at those wattage levels on a dripper? For all of life's lessons I've learned the hard way with scars/stitches/emergency room trips, that's still over my pain threshold and I salute you!

The atties do indeed hit much harder than ones we used a year ago. I can't even do sub ohm on my kayfuns! Crazy throat hit out of them for sure.

I do, I build the exact same coils on the kays and the drippers. It all depends on the juice I vape too. I could vape a good strong menthol juice at 6 without even feeling a difference, when I miss something for fruity juices. For the KF, one good thing with this atomiser (among others) is that you can choose the TH you want. Build your coil close to the air hole (2mms) and the TH will be there, move it away and the TH will be reduced and the flavor increased. Really is an excellent aty this KF ;)

Thanks cappy, order inbound:)

For me it took the high wattage, hot vape to finally stop smoking for good. Even with 36 mg and wta on 2.0 ohm coils, I couldn't stay away from cigs for long.

The first hit on a .6 ohm on my first dna 20, I knew I was done smoking. I am currently using 18 mg, and thinking of dropping down again. As long as I keep my coils below 1.5 ohms, I am happy. I start noticing burning of the juice at the 1.5 ohm point.

For throat hit, I use the height of the coil in the atty to control it - even with or above the air hole for throat ripping hit and on the deck for a smooth inhale.

Hectic couple of days, but the weekend is here!

It will be weeks before I have any pics to show or significant batch news, guess it's time to go into 'coast' mode again... I hate that...

Gonna have a busy weekend if I want to get all these caddies out. I cheated a bit and started making them this afternoon, figured I'd need the extra time if I was gonna ship 'em all by Monday.

Have a great weekend and if you do anything truly awesome, post some pics!
