Ahoy and happy Monday for what it's worth!

Thanks for the offer Waho, but I am good to go for a while yet. I started with 6 A7's this year, when the last one gets nasty from use I would clean and rebuild them all and not have to do that chore again for many months. Now I'm down to 4 A7's and one of them is kinda 'iffy', the threads are stripping on the posts as usual.

I made my own coils this time from stuff people had sent me over the last couple years, coil wire and cotton wick. The wire is definitely thicker than I used before, the wick too, and the first 4 I built have not performed well or tasted very good.

I think I need to get some 32 gauge wire and thinner wick to get the taste of the pre-made coils back again.

Well, the ERA are from a co-op? I can't do co-ops as a supplier I think

I just ordered 100 premade coil & wicks from Fastech for 14 cents each. Wow, first time I've shopped on there, I can see why the suppliers are crying "foul!", their prices are unbeatable.

Damn Waho, I've been using that large tank as a showpiece for the Destroyers and desk caddies, but I need to drop that in the mail and get it back to you now. Thanks so much for lending it to me for a couple months!

You can keep that atty Cappy. Me and genesis parted ways long ago. I'd just be putting it back on the shelf to gather dust, you'll get more use out of it as a photo prop

Thanks again then, I will keep using it for pics. I don't have much in the way of hardware for filling up the caddies for pics and I already use everything I got.

Do you have a recommended website for the era? and stands?

I got my era's from Indy vapor shop. I think they have them at okc vapes also.

By stands do you mean them metal platforms for rebuilding? I just use a mech sans battery/switch as a base. All of my stands are from you otherwise

Stand, Stands!, duh!! I was reading that they were offering desk caddy stands or something.... gah... text is a horrible way to hold a conversation. Maybe I should hold a once a month "Yak at Cappy" night on skype or something!

I looked at those ERA's and they look sweet, but the price tag....I could get 6 new A7's for the price of one. I don't think I would want you sending something that pricey to me Waho, unless you want to trade a custom desk caddy or something for it?

True, they are $30 cheaper. I've no experience with them but the Reo crew seem to like them quite a lot.

Waho and some of you others have quite the RSM fleet to be sure, I should make up some banners with RSM titles for Fleet Capt', or for single mod owners...Destroyer Commander, Cruiser Commander, Marauder Commander, etc.... anyone be interested in something like that?

What about the Cutlass tho... hmm, "Boarding Party - Cutlass owner"

I love my RM2s, but they are my only experience with an RBA, so I may not be the best judge.

RM2's are decent attys. Relatively easy builds and the deck is delrin so no worries with shorts there. Personally, I get a little more flavor out of ERA and Cyclone...but they are more expensive, and the difference in performance isn't huge.
